 To ensure the highest quality and potent ingredients, all of our products are manufactured in small batches every 3 to 6 months.

All products include a manufactured date on the bottom and are good for 24 months after the manufactured date.

If you have any questions about certain batches or dates, please contact us for further information.

 Unopened products may be returned and must be received back within 30 days of the day it was shipped. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Any returned products lost or damaged due to return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

We Ship out Monday -Saturday.

All orders received past 10 am on Saturdays will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3 pm Monday - Friday will be shipped out the following business day. Postal Holidays may delay shipping. If any unforeseen delays occur, you will be contacted. 

Pick Up in-store is available during regular business hours, Monday-Saturday 9 am to 7 pm & Sun 10 am to 6 pm.

All Pick Up In Store items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, your Item may be forfeited without a refund. If you foresee any delay in picking up your item, please let us know, and we will work with you as much as is reasonable.
